Caucus day is February 20th at 11:00 a.m. for those members registered as Democrats. Republican members will caucus on February 23rd. Please go to your party website to identify your caucus location or find the links on our HOME page.
Anyone that will turn 18 before primary election day CAN register now and participate in the presidential Caucus. Online registration is available on our HOME page. Democrats can register on the day of your caucus.
We are asking ALL CCBC members to seek election to the county and state convention. If not, please at a minimum sign up as an "alternate" delegate so that African Americans are represented at both conventions. You will represent your precinct and cast your vote for the presidential primary candidate in the Democratic Party. Republican members should consult their Party for more information on their caucus delegate process directly. Thank you.

Register to VOTE online before May 20, 2014 so that you can vote in the 2014 Primary Election by clicking on the icon to the left. Your vote matters in deciding which candidates go on to the General Election in November.
The Black Caucus hosted several candidate events to help educate the community about candidates running. Some candidates do not have a primary race and therefore you will not see their name on the ballot until November.
Know your candidates and show up to the polls. Early voting starts on May 24, 2014 in many convenient locations near your home, work, or church. Please be sure to VOTE, make sure your family (18 years and older) do the same, and ask your neighbor or friend to join you. Together we can make a difference.
