CCBC Student Summit Registration Form
Important Notes:
If you have signed up to participate with your school BSU or leadership group, please DO NOT sign up again with this form.  Your chaperone will include you in their group reservation.
If you are a Senior this year and you plan on attending college in the Fall 2017 you can sign up for the FAFSA Workshop and get help with your financial aid application, however you must sign up separately below as space is very limited to the first 60 students.
Please invite your parents to participate in the Education Forum from 6:00-8:00 p.m. so they can learn more about all the reforms and efforts being made to improve student achievement and reduce proficiency gaps.  If they attend, you are welcome to go home with them instead of the school bus.  Please let your Adviser know if your plans change.  Thank you!

URGENT - The Student Summit is at capacity and we cannot accept new student registrations at this time.  You may still attend the Education Forum starting at 6:00p.m. - 8:00p.m. for the last portion of the Student Summit (no registration is required).  If you are a member of your school BSU or student leadership already registered as a group, please contact your school Adviser directly and perhaps they can accommodate your request.  We hope to expand the number of students we can accommodate again next year, as we continue to grow this annual event.
